Magic and Miracles
I completely believe when we die we do not disappear, I don't understand what happens but I believe heaven plays a part in our afterlife. Since the departure of loved ones I have tought alot about it. The opportunity to have an angel reading appeared and this time I couldn't resist.
During the reading, the words magic and miracles appeared - I haven't stopped thinking of this line. Since the reading, I have become self-employed, been asked to be married and am generally in a happier place. Not everyone believes in afterlife or angels - I do and I am extremely interested.
Friday this week, I will be going to the spiritulist church in the hope that a spirit comes through, I do get disheartened when they don't. Only time will tell x

I've taken the steps to be a sole trader...
I seem to be forever busy these days, i'm not complaining one bit ! I love what I do. I've taken on the cleaning with a friend at work so thats 10hrs extra a month, plus my sewing too - trying to save a little bit of money to finally get the house i've always wanted.
Yesterday I finally filled out the necesary forms to become a sole trader and register "Towards Mayhem" as my job. I will then need to create a website and get cards printed, maybe leaflets too.
Hopefully it will take me to highest of heights x

My proudest make yet

Here is my proudest make, a quilt made for my daughter. I created the patchwork front a few weeks back but I haven't been brave enough to finish it for fear of ruining it. Thankfully, that wasn't the case.
It's filled with wadding inside, cotton& polycotton front and cuddlesoft dimpled velboa on the back (which is the softest feeling, i'm tempted to keep it myself).
My next major project is a patchwork throw for my dad - a double bed size.. what have I let myself in for ? Keep watching to see progress x
